Support for CHSF
A very touching visit to the children’s heart unit at the LGI this morning to present our annual fundraising cheque of £4398 to Children’s Heart Surgery Fund.
Thank you to Heather (the Matron), who gave us a tour, including the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. It really opened our eyes to the full journey the children take when having open heart surgery. It was lovely to meet so many wonderful people and we look forward to working with CHSF again over the next year.
