The scheme recognises solicitors for their high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of clinical negligence. This type of accreditation and panel membership for clinical negligence solicitors is designed to provide clients, who are the victims of clinical negligence, with the assurance that they are working with a legal representative who is accomplished and experienced in this highly specialised area of the law.
The focus at Morrish Solicitors is always on securing not just high-value settlements, but compensation settlements which truly help victims of clinical negligence and personal injury rebuild their lives and make the best possible recovery.
In many cases which we handle, including serious brain injuries and many other life-changing injuries, our role is to ensure our legal expertise provides our clients with the best support they can possibly have to adapt their lives and live as comfortably as possible. This means we put rehabilitation and a care package at the heart of our claims to ensure relevant support is provided to help the client and their family rebuild their lives, in some cases for the rest of their lives.”
