After undertaking a training contract in London I was admitted in 1992. Initially I worked as a personal injury litigator, but for the last 20 years, I have specialised in acting for elderly clients. My work involves the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills, estate planning and the administration of estates. Increasingly I handle issues relating to mental incapacity involving Court of Protection applications. I am head of the Wills & Estate Department, Senior and Finance Partner at Morrish Solicitors.
