My work involves the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills, estate planning and the administration of estates. Increasingly I handle issues relating to mental incapacity involving Court of Protection applications. I am head of the Elderly Client Department at Morrish Solicitors and its Finance Partner.
