Morrish Solicitors retains Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully retained our Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) Accreditation, a recognised quality standard for SRA-regulated firms, which sets out the standards of competence, risk management and client service levels expected of firms who offer conveyancing services.

We are excited to have retained our CQS accreditation. This is the Law Society’s highest quality mark for conveyancing practice. We have held this accreditation since 2011. CQS accreditation represents that we:

  • Have the expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice
  • Use standardised processes to manage and reduce risks
  • Effectively educate clients about what to expect when paying for conveyancing advice

The process of renewing our accreditation has been a rigorous one, and we are very thankful to members of the team who have gone above and beyond to show that we will always hold ourselves to the highest standard.

Mark Laird, Head of Property commented:

“I am very pleased that we have retained our CQS accreditation for another year. The accreditation recognises the extremely high levels of client service offered by the Property team.”

David Sorensen Managing Partner told the firm:

“We are delighted to retain our important CQS certification. This shows the importance to the firm of this high-level certification and highlights the wonderful client service of our highly skilled conveyancing team.”
