£50,000 Awarded for Perforated Colon
An award of £50,000.00 for the perforated colon sustained during a colonoscopy procedure to remove polyps which was not recognised at the time. The Claimant suffered from peritonitis and underwent emergency surgery and was left with a colostomy.
