Career

Prior to working at Morrish Solicitors, I attended Newcastle University where I obtained my law degree. I then attended the University of Law in Leeds where I obtained my LPC and LLM. I subsequently worked as a paralegal in various law firms in Yorkshire, which specialise personal injury law.

I joined Morrish Solicitors in October 2018 as a Legal Assistant in the personal injury department. I undertook this role for 2 years before I gained my training contract.

I began my role as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2020 and have since gained experience in personal injury law, employment law and medical negligence law.

In June 2022 I qualified as a solicitor. I am currently a newly qualified solicitor working in the medical negligence department. My role involves assisting the solicitors in the team to manage the claims. This includes various tasks such as drafting correspondence and legal documents, attending conferences with both clients and counsel and corresponding with various parties in order to progress and manage the claims.

Greatest Professional Achievement

Completing my studies and obtaining a training contract.
