I am a Partner in the Employment Department, specialising in complex employment litigation (including civil courts). I joined the firm in 2005 as an assistant and trainee and was admitted in 2008. My focus is helping senior managers and executives with issues such as breaches of restrictive covenants, confidentiality and exit negotiations, handling complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. I also handle and lead on group litigation matters, such as protective award claims, often involving hundreds of claimants.

“I would like to thank Daniel Kindell for his hard work on the settlement of my claim. He explained in laymans terms and was willing to answer any of my questions at any time.”
“Daniel has a high degree of empathy and was not patronising or condescending, but took time to explain matters. His ability to connect with a client is fantastic and everything was explained in detail.”
Greatest professional achievement
Securing over £1m for 260 ex-City Link staff
In my spare time I enjoy long walks in the Yorkshire countryside with my wife and cocker spaniel, Hugo, the gym and I’m a keen golfer. My greatest personal achievement is playing semi-professional football for Chesham United although I now prefer to watch sport instead of playing, for an injury-free life.
