In this month’s emailer we take a look at the proposed TUPE changes due to come into force possibly as early as January 2014.
The long awaited draft regulations have now been published – whilst many commentators have played down the significance of the proposals, we see them as a ‘game changer’ which will water down the protection given by TUPE. This is technical law, and in a short update it is difficult to simplify the changes – be sure to get advice in appropriate cases once the new law is in force.
