We are pleased to announce we have promoted partner, Daniel Kindell, to Head of Employment Rights. His promotion recognises Daniel’s outstanding contribution to both the firm and his clients, as well as the growing demand for Morrish’s Employment Rights services.

After joining Morrish Solicitors in 2005 as a Legal Assistant and going on to complete his training contract with the firm, Daniel was admitted as a solicitor in 2008. Since then, he has specialised in helping individuals, trade unions and associations across all aspects of employment law, including complex and high value discrimination claims, unfair dismissal, working time, whistleblowing, professional disciplinary and regulatory matters, employment status, industrial action and trade union detriment claims, as well as union rule issues.

Daniel regularly provides training packages and webinars to clients on all of these aspects.
