We are included on the lending panels of the majority of Banks, Building Societies and other lenders. This means that if you are obtaining funding from one of these Banks or other financial institutions then we can also act for the lender as well and deal with the mortgage or other form of secured lending. This will save you duplicating legal costs by having to engage separate solicitors.
As a borrower you will want to clearly understand what your obligations are and comply with your lender’s requirements. We will advise you on all mortgages and security documents including third party security, and debentures.
We also have experience with regard to pension fund finance and associated sales and leaseback arrangements.
