Inspiration:
I get inspired by the idea that we are helping someone who is in a really difficult situation, and making things just that little bit better for them. We’re not changing the world dramatically. But we are changing it that little bit, getting something extra for our client that makes their life easier or sorting out their employment issues which means they can stay in their job.

I have represented a range of Trades Union clients since admission as a Solicitor in 1999 in Employment Law. I deal with a wide variety of Employment related cases, from unfair dismissal, race, sex and disability discrimination to multi-handed protective awards. I also deliver talks to Union Officers and members on a broad range of Employment Law topics.
Career with Morrish Solicitors:
Joined the Practice in 1997 as a Trainee Solicitor and became partner in 2008.
Memberships:
I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Interests:
Circuit training, yoga and travelling.
Heroes:
There are many people who I admire for different reasons and different aspects about themselves, but there is no one person who I would say is my main role model or hero.
