Inspiration:

Representing the ordinary person against "big business", especially in the work I do for Trade Unions and in professional and clinical negligence, where you’re often acting against large institutions. It's also fair to say that defendants and their insurance companies can seem at times to place every possible obstacle in the way of paying out in even some of the most straightforward claims. Successfully guiding clients through what can often be a baffling and frustrating experience is ultimately what should inspire any lawyer.

A variety of Civil and Commercial Litigation - particularly Professional Negligence (claimant), Clinical Negligence (claimant) and Contentious Probate. I have developed particular experience and expertise in negligence claims against Solicitors, employer’s liability and high value and complex claims generally. My caseload includes claims for both individual and institutional clients, and in particular I act for a number of leading trade unions.

Career with Morrish Solicitors:

I joined Morrish Solicitors in 1992 as a trainee solicitor. Since qualification I’ve dealt with a broad variety of Civil and Commercial Litigation, and worked closely with our Probate Department in contentious matters. I was appointed as a Partner in 2004.
