Private client commercial work, sale or purchase of commercial property, sale or purchases of businesses (assets or shares), commercial leases, landlord and tenant work, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, mergers, acquisitions and disposals and company work. We do a lot of work with small and medium sized companies in Yorkshire. It’s very satisfying to be able to achieve what the client requires and bring some added value to the process, especially for people who are a pleasure to deal with.

Heroes:

I’m not really a person that feels the need to have heroes. I’ve always looked up to my Dad and respected him immensely, so he’s the closest thing I have to a hero.
