Inspiration:

At work, I’m inspired when something goes well, and that could mean anything, really : a case that we win against the odds, solving a problem, employing someone and feeling it was the right decision. Outside of work I’m most inspired when my children do something good. For me personally, it has to be skiing a black run without falling over! It has been known to happen.

I came to the firm as a trainee and have specialised in personal injury litigation for over 25 years. My work has expanded to cover professional indemnity claims and broad-based commercial litigation. I have extensive experience of dealing with disease claims and in particular with asbestos related conditions. I act both for national trade unions and their members, and for a wide range of commercial organisations.

Interests:

Walking, Tennis, Skiing, Travel

Heroes:

Churchill, especially for his speeches. The “we shall fight on the beaches” passage is a favourite. Henry V for his brilliance at Agincourt. Favourite modern sporting icon is Roger Federer.
