Inspiration:

I find it inspiring to work for trade unions. I like the feeling that there is a bigger cause, that the work we do for them can influence change. I come from quite a union background. My parents and grandparents never forced it on me but let me come to my own conclusions about unionism. I like meeting the clients. I know it’s a bit of a cliché but I do like the feeling that you’re making a difference for them, especially for cases of more serious problems like in Catastrophic injury. Outside of work, my main source of inspiration is my family.
