Career

I undertook a training contract at a London firm after a Law degree at Queens’ College Cambridge. I qualified in 1992. Initially I worked in personal injury litigation, but for the last 20 years, I have specialised in wills, probate and estates.

I am the Senior and Finance Partner at Morrish Solicitors, also the head of our wills and estates department. I am responsible for the management of the financial affairs of the practice. I supervise the branch offices and managing the wills and estates department.

My work involves the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and wills, estate planning and the administration of estates. Increasingly I handle issues relating to mental incapacity involving Court of Protection applications.
