Morrish Solicitors awarded Lexcel accreditation and recognised as Investor in People

We are delighted to announce that we have once again maintained our Lexcel and Investors in People accreditations for the tenth year in succession.

Lexcel is the Law Society’s mark of excellence and is a recognised accreditation scheme for law firms. It shows that they meet high client care and business management standards.

In order to achieve accreditation, firms must undergo a rigorous assessment process to ensure that they meet the Lexcel quality mark. They are reassessed annually to ensure that they continue to meet the same standard of quality in practice and risk management.

Paul Scholey, Senior Partner, said: “Clients can find choosing the right solicitor difficult, which is why we’re delighted that we have been re- accredited. It acts as a sign of quality to clients and demonstrates our continual commitment to best practice.

We believe that Lexcel accreditation reflects our ethos in that we strive for transparency and fair dealings with our clients. Provision of excellent client care is at the heart of what we do and this Lexcel accreditation is formal recognition of our exceptionally high standards.”

In addition to Lexcel, we have also been awarded the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating our commitment to realising the potential of our people.

Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Achieving the Investors in People Standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of. Working with Investors in People inspires and enables leaders, managers and employees at all levels to build their skills, improve their performance and achieve their potential. We’d like to congratulate Morrish Solicitors on their achievement.”

Commenting on the award, Paul Scholey, Senior Partner at Morrish said: “The award demonstrates our ambition to invest in our employees to achieve great results and create a culture where staff are recognised and rewarded. Our commitment to supporting our employees also ensures that we can continue to offer the best possible service to our clients.”
